As a social enterprise, S&CO’s main goal is to create impact. We do this by investing in the development of vulnerable women, ethically sourcing products, selecting like-minded partners, and educating clients on purposeful shopping. S&Co Production Studio is an integral part of achieving our mission.
Made with Purpose
The S&Co Production Studio provides training, employment and holistic care to women in our local community. The Studio is responsible for producing our handmade textile collection and home fragrance collection.
Production Process
Development
Our team curates ethically sourced & handmade fabric for our textile collection each season and developed our signature scents for the home fragrance collection.
Production
Along with job training and consistent employment, the women working in the Studio receive ongoing holistic care while producing the S&Co collection items.
Retail & Wholesale
S&Co carries the products in store and online. We offer our collection wholesale, giving greater awareness of our mission and continued work for our women.
Holistic Care
Mentorship
Through on going, one-on-one discipleship, each woman receives personalized mentorship to give guidance and offer emotional, mental and spiritual support.
Community
We love the team aspect of the Production Studio. Women are encouraged and uplifted in a healthy and safe working environment designed to call our their gifts and grow their talents.
Needs Met
Linking arms with our ministry initiative, Sparrow Collective, we are able to meet physical needs and help in hard circumstances. By caring holistically, we hope to see confidence grow and opportunities open.
